Assignment: Managing the logistics of an industrial project, as well as procurement and local purchasing as part of a project to extend the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant serving the greater community of Amman.

Achievements: Operating logistics and local procurements throughout the project lifecycle
· Implementing and organizing a warehouse, a warehouse management system (INFOR EAM) and a stock movements reporting tool (Max value of equipments in stock : 30 million €)
· Implementing process and procedures aiming at controlling stock movements
· Implementing customs releasing procedures in coordination with the project owner, as well as planning sea-freight deliveries at port (Aqaba)
· Recruiting staff from Jordan and manage purchasing and logistics teams (10 people)
· Managing local purchasing (3 million euros) including most of bulk materials, electrical and mechanical items

Assignment: Managing a project and providing internal consulting to implement SAP’s MM module as part of a project to redesign information systems (ERP)

Achievements: Migrating Oracle
SAP and implementing Supply Chain processes on a pilot branch (Bilbao, Spain) followed by the main branch to cover a total of 1000 people on all activities
· Taking part in designing and customizing SAP: Designing key purchasing and logistics processes, defining
customized parameters and specifying new developments
· Controlling the progress of the project: ensuring key milestones are reached in line with the global project plan
· Defining and testing interfaces between SAP and external systems
· Managing the process for migrating purchasing data (Oracle
SAP)
· Testing the SAP solution with key users to validate the system
· Training users and providing support post go-live – Designing training documents

Assignments: Coordinating sales forecasts, controlling China-based suppliers as well as product quality and availability throughout the supply chain, setting performance indicators, and maintaining ISO certified working procedures. Member of Executive Committee.

Achievements:
· Implementing a Sales Forecast and stock replenishment process through a monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting
· Implementing SAP to integrate data between production and distribution as a way to simplify processes, to track data throughout the supply chain and to reduce administrative costs
· Implementing a QM audit process for evaluating and referencing finished products suppliers
· Designing and managing a team of 7 people (5 people in France et 2 in China)
· Renegotiating a warehousing contract for a period of 3 years (Annual value of 1 million €) and supervising the provider
· Sourcing new products (Baby-care product range, timers, weather stations, bottom-range bathroom scales): analyzing markets, identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, selecting products and suppliers along with commercial and marketing teams
· Representing the company during ISO certification audits and coordinating work to renew the certification
